Processing Time
-All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
-Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; estimated production times will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
-Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on all U.S. orders.
-Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
-International Shipping: Currently not available. (Coming soon!)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Lucchesi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us — we’ll do our best to assist you.
For packages damaged during transit, please email Care@lucchesijewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
