All Sales Final – No Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy (In-Person Only)
Items may be eligible for exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:
-Exchange is requested within 7 days of original purchase
-Exchange is completed in person at Lucchesi
-Customer provides the original receipt
-Item is in original, unworn condition with packaging intact
-Exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference)
-No mail-in exchanges will be accepted

-The time and date of the email will determine whether the request falls within the 7-day deadline.
-Once approved, customers will have an additional 5 days to complete the in-person exchange.
-Drop-ins are also welcome within the 7-day timeframe, as long as the above conditions are met.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
Lucchesi offers complimentary repair within 30 days of purchase for any manufacturing defects.
-This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations outside of Lucchesi.
Metal & Gemstone Authentication Requirement
To protect the value and authenticity of our products:
-All exchanged items must pass our strict in-house testing for precious metals and gemstones.
-If any piece fails to meet our standards, the exchange will be automatically denied.
Final Sale Items
-Earrings & nose rings (for hygiene reasons)
-Custom or engraved pieces
Final Discretion
LUCCHESI reserves the final authority on all refund, return, exchange, and repair decisions.
