Welcome to Lucchesi. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in-store or through www.lucchesijewelry.com. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Lucchesi (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a luxury jewelry brand offering both ready-made and custom pieces. The term “you” refers to the customer or user of our store or website.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to any changes.
Product Information
We strive to present all products accurately in terms of material, design, and pricing. However:
-Visual differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
-Gemstone weights, metal karats, and sizes are approximate unless otherwise specified.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders
-All custom pieces are made-to-order and require upfront payment.
-Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
-Estimated production time will be provided at the time of order.
-Design changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.
In-Store & Online Sales
-Prices and promotions may vary between in-store and online.
-Orders placed online can be picked up in-store upon request.
-We do not currently offer international shipping.
Payment & Sales Tax
-Payment is due at the time of purchase.
-We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
-Sales tax will be applied based on the state of purchase or delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
-We ship to addresses within the United States only.

-Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, theft, or damages caused by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
-All sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
-We do not accept returns on custom-made items.
-If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
Repairs & Warranty
-Select pieces may come with a limited warranty. Details will be provided at time of sale.
-We offer in-store repairs for eligible items; fees may apply depending on the nature of the repair.
Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, logos, photos, and text, is the exclusive property of Lucchesi and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lucchesi is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes shall be resolved under Nevada jurisdiction.
